Der Liste der Englischen Fußballmeister führt alle Meister und Vizemeister seit der Premierensaison 1888/89 auf. Zudem wird der jeweilige Torschützenkönig der höchsten Spielklasse genannt.

Teams in Fettdruck gewannen neben der Meisterschaft im selben Jahr auch den FA Cup (Double).
